Removal of Accounts

The International ESL Ratings & Reviews reserves the right to remove Accounts of users that we deem unlawful, objectionable or violate any party's intellectual property or these Terms.

False and / or Misleading Information

The International ESL Ratings & Reviews and our Editors reserve the right to edit all Accounts of users that we find have misleading and / or false information. Users who persist in providing false and / or misleading information in public listings and / or user accounts will be subject to immediate loss of assignments and /or ownership of their listings and will have their User accounts removed from our system. No monies received by the International ESL Ratings & Reviews for listings "CLAIMED", "UPGRADED" or "NEW" will be reimbursed for those accounts and / or listings that violate these terms.

Advertising

The International ESL Ratings & Reviews and our Editors reserve the right to edit all Accounts of users that we find have advertising information. Users who persist in providing reviews and / or comments in public listings that can be misconstrued as soft or hard advertising for the public listing entity and / or user accounts will be subject to immediate loss of assignments and /or ownership of their listings and will have their User accounts removed from our system.No monies received by the International ESL Ratings & Reviews for listings "CLAIMED", "UPGRADED" or "NEW" will be reimbursed for those accounts and / or listings for assigned owners that violate these terms and / or are culpable in using second and / or third party users to assist the assigned owner in violating these terms.

Enforcement

The failure of to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute, or be considered a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The International ESL Ratings & Reviews and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms).
